At VSellerz, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery timelines, processes, and your responsibilities to ensure smooth order fulfillment across India.


1. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). In case of high demand or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information.

2. Delivery Timelines

Our standard delivery window across India is 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier network efficiency.

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other cities & towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: up to 10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, or seasonal load.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India unless otherwise stated.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), a nominal fee may be applied to cover handling costs (displayed during checkout).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you can easily track its status via:

  • The “Track Your Order” section on our website, or
  • The tracking link sent to your registered email or phone number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly during checkout. VSellerz will not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing the order, contact us at support@vsellerz.com within 12 hours of order confirmation to request a correction (before dispatch).

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • In rare situations where deliveries are delayed due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances, our customer support team will provide timely updates.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address, re-delivery may incur additional courier fees.
  • Persistent non-delivery or refusal to accept a confirmed order may result in a deduction of actual courier and handling charges from any refund.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Packages

We take utmost care to ensure products reach you in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete:

  • Record an unboxing video from the moment of opening (mandatory for claims).
  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@vsellerz.com with photos/videos of the package.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a suitable replacement or refund based on product availability and inspection results.

Claims made without an unboxing video or outside the 24-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.

8. International Shipping

Currently, VSellerz ships only within India. International deliveries are not available at this time.

9. Policy Updates

This Shipping Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in operational or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most recent terms.
