At VSellerz, we prioritize your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Our return and refund process is designed to be transparent, fair, and in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories intact.
- The product is in the same condition as when delivered to you.
- The item is not listed as a non-returnable product.
- In some cases, where our manufacturer or fulfillment partner specifies a shorter return period, the same will apply and will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
⚠️ Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, or customized nature, the following items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects or delivery damage:
- Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., food, beverages, flowers)
- Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, grooming tools)
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
- Items purchased on sale, clearance, or marked “non-returnable”
- Products where the manufacturer’s conditions restrict returns
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@vsellerz.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Mention your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Once your return request is verified and approved, our team will share the return address and shipping instructions.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage in transit.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for your safety.
- VSellerz will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- In certain cases, where the manufacturer or logistics partner requires the product to be returned directly to their facility, we will guide you through the process.
5. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time (up to 15 business days) to reflect the refund.
- Shipping, handling, or COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- In cases where inspection by the manufacturer identifies usage or damage inconsistent with normal handling, the refund may be denied or partially approved, with justification provided.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us at support@vsellerz.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Important Disclaimers
- VSellerz reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned product fails to meet the eligibility criteria, or shows signs of misuse, alteration, or damage not caused during delivery.
- Certain products may carry manufacturer-specific return policies or quality-inspection requirements; in such cases, those conditions shall apply.
- By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
- This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Udupi, Karnataka.
